These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") applies to the pikok platform and all its services. pikok is an online gaming platform offering bingo, casino, slots, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. The maximum limit depends on your account level.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 8–30 minutes; however, the verification process may take additional time.

General Bonus Terms:
